I'm SO excited about the Lippie, as cool light pink shades are my absolute FAVORITE. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with this month's box - the Sephora PLAY! boxes are too good to unsubscribe, so I'll just have to continue subbing. :)

Lime Crime Metallic Velvetines in Mercury and Blondie Review

This previous weekend I've decided to purchase the new Lime Crime Metallic Velvetines in Mercury and Blondie ($20 each, VEGAN/CRUELTY-FREE. Net Wt. 0.088 fl oz / 2.6ml) after seeing them in all their glory through Instagram. 

I've received them last Thursday and here's my thoughts...

1. The color payoff is great. Extremely pigmented and easy to apply, but the color does dry after a minute or two, so you may want to keep a gloss handy as a top coat. 

2. The colors are beautiful - not very flattering on me per se, but they are extremely metallic as they claim, and the color had stayed on all night. (I had actually passed out wearing Mercury, ha!)

All in all I would recommend these products - although Blondie washes me out a bit, I will continue to wear both of them either way.
