Influenster Flawless Voxbox

I've received the Flawless VoxBox through Influester for testing purposes, and here is a quick rundown of the products - I was the most excited about the mascara by far, and it also works wonderfully.

Quick and Easy Brow Tutorial

Today's post is a quick & easy NYX product based brow tutorial!

All that I have done is firstly, apply the NYX "Proof It" Primer, followed by taking my angled Inglot 17TL brush and my NYX Eyebrow Cake Powder in Brunette. I continued by filling in the brows starting from the front and ending at the tail of the brow.

What I aim to do when filling in my brows is to create a square-like shape and align the top half of my brow to the bottom. No two brows are symmetrical, so the goal is to match them up as best I can!

The final step was applying my NYX Brow Mascara along the brow, from the front to the tail end. Using these three products together will in essence, keep your brow game going strong ALL day!

Amazing Concealer in Medium Golden

Amazing Cosmetics Amazing Concealer ($26 for an 0.2 fl oz tube, or $42 for a 0.5 fl oz tube) is one of those must have products that many of us seem to love beyond words.  It is a full coverage concealer that is said to cover anything from dark circles, teenage style zits, to even that awful tattoo you thought looked amazeballs when you were 18. 

This product is ideal for somebody who loves them some full coverage. (Especially for under-the-eye bags, zits, etc.) The only issue is, it is not very hydrating and so, if you have dry skin I would highly recommend applying some sort of a hydrating primer or moisturizer on prior to application. This product also only requires a TINY little bit of product and will last you a very long time as a little goes a long way. 

In regards to application, you will need a bit of patience. Use a small concealer brush and gently pat, and pat again! If rushed, this concealer could easily crease, which could let everyone know that you've been sucking at putting on your concealer, and now you have to walk around as a crease face until the product is fixed.

Lime Crime Metallic Velvetines in Mercury and Blondie Review

This previous weekend I've decided to purchase the new Lime Crime Metallic Velvetines in Mercury and Blondie ($20 each, VEGAN/CRUELTY-FREE. Net Wt. 0.088 fl oz / 2.6ml) after seeing them in all their glory through Instagram. 

I've received them last Thursday and here's my thoughts...

1. The color payoff is great. Extremely pigmented and easy to apply, but the color does dry after a minute or two, so you may want to keep a gloss handy as a top coat. 

2. The colors are beautiful - not very flattering on me per se, but they are extremely metallic as they claim, and the color had stayed on all night. (I had actually passed out wearing Mercury, ha!)

All in all I would recommend these products - although Blondie washes me out a bit, I will continue to wear both of them either way.
